By accessing or using Reputfy's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the service.

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service.
• You may not maintain more than one account without our explicit permission.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful computer code.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the service (or the servers and networks which are connected to the service).
• Attempt to create fake reviews, manipulate ratings, or otherwise mislead consumers.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time, with changes taking effect at the end of your current billing period.

The Reputfy platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of Reputfy Limited and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

We strive to ensure our services are available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance or emergency updates that can temporarily affect availability. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reputfy, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
