What is deleted
- Your sign-in and profile
- Your business workspace: settings, replies, drafts, review requests and reports
- Reviews you wrote on Reputfy, and replies you posted
- Seal applications, claims, saved devices and anything you sent us through the app
What stays
- Sealed review fingerprints already timestamped on the public ledger. They are one-way hashes and reveal nothing about you on their own.
- A business page you claimed stays listed with its public reviews, but it is no longer linked to you.
- Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, for as long as the law requires. See our Privacy Policy.
If you pay for a plan, deleting your account also tells us to cancel your subscription. To stop billing straight away, cancel from Plan and billing in the dashboard first.
